PEP’s Distribution Centres (DCs) are the backbone of one of South Africa’s largest retail brands. To align and inspire the DC Dynamos—the dedicated workforce behind the operation—Dreamfuel developed engaging internal communications that translated high-level corporate strategies into easy-to-understand infographics and illustrations. Our work was strategically placed throughout the DCs to improve efficiency, enhance team morale, and reinforce the ethos of what it means to be a Dynamo. Additionally, we designed and produced the DC Times newsletter, keeping staff informed and connected. Through a bold and accessible visual language, we helped foster a culture of purpose, motivation, and shared success.
